This crazy house in DE!!!

Man this is your boy Boogie right here, what up errrrbody. I Got a little issue I just wanted to share with you about my house in DE. I have some tenants in that joint right now but I don't feel to confident about how there treating my property. The little bit of grass we do have they don't cut but on the positive side they do pay there rent on time so I cant be too mad though. Then they don't want to renew their lease for a second year and my property manager is lazy and sucky and always on vacation and she reminded me of Punky Brewster and I hated that show so I should have known, but anyway it had me a little stressed for a minute because we have to go back through the whole process of finding a property manager and advertising again, but I know the main man up top is working in our favor and he's not going to give us more than we can bare. Even though sometimes it don't seem that way but our flesh being evil and sneaky and hateful, loves it when you are worried and stressed, but I'm telling the devil right nowwwwwwwwwwwwww, you cant have my peace HATER. WOWWWWW!!!! I think I just preached myself happy, thank you Jesus. But for real though we know that all things work together for the good of them who are the called according to his purpose. So basically what that is saying is GOD, has the back and the front of those that love him and are called to his intentions and not our own.
Be easy - Boogie

PLEASE BE AWARE

Today I was introduced to a very tempted scam. A company by the name of Manpower sent me a check for $3,985.00 that looked very real. Enclosed with the check was a FAKE survey. The letter said that I was chosen to be a mystery shopper for stores like Wally Word, JCPenny's, Macy's etc....... My instructions was to spend $50.00 at Wal-Mart, returning $3,666.00 by Money Gram to them and keeping 200.00 for myself. Who don't need an extra $200 buck right now? My brother and I went onto Google, and sho nuff, it was a scam. Fellow Bloggers, please be aware.
